Trading involves substantial risk of loss. TrendRelay is a software and trading-analysis platform. It does not guarantee profits, returns, successful execution or any particular trading outcome.

Trading and Market Risk

Prices of securities, derivatives, digital assets and other financial instruments can move rapidly and unpredictably. You may lose some or all of the capital used for trading. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses and may result in losses that exceed expectations.

Signals Are Not Investment Advice

Buy, Sell, Long, Short, Entry, Exit and similar signals generated by TrendRelay are outputs of configured indicators or strategies. They are not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a particular instrument.

User-Created and Third-Party Generated Logic

TrendRelay allows users to add custom indicators and strategies using structured JSON. Users may create that JSON themselves or use third-party AI models, coding assistants or other tools of their choice. TrendRelay does not control, verify, endorse or guarantee third-party-generated logic. Users must review and test all imported configurations before use.

Backtesting and Simulation Risk

Historical, simulated and backtested results do not predict future performance. Results can be affected by data quality, fees, slippage, liquidity, latency, execution assumptions, survivorship bias, parameter selection and overfitting. Simulated execution may differ materially from live execution.

Automated Execution Risk

Where supported, TrendRelay can transmit orders through an authorized broker connection selected by the user. A strategy may have only one selected broker account for automated execution at a time. Automated orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, duplicated or executed at prices different from expected.

Technology and Connectivity Risk

Internet failures, software defects, incorrect settings, API failures, broker or exchange outages, rate limits, authentication problems, market-data interruptions and latency can affect signals and order execution.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their strategies, configurations, broker connections, position sizes, leverage, risk controls and trading decisions. Users should monitor automated strategies and maintain appropriate safeguards.

No Guarantee

Nothing on TrendRelay constitutes a guarantee of profitability or future performance. Trading decisions should be made only after considering the user's own circumstances and risk tolerance and, where appropriate, obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
