This Privacy Policy explains how TrendRelay may collect, use and protect information when you visit the website or use the TrendRelay software.
Platform and Payment Scope
TrendRelay operates as a software service. Payment providers may independently collect KYC, payment and transaction information under their own requirements. TrendRelay does not request or store full payment-card credentials for ordinary platform operation.
Information We May Collect
We may collect account and contact information, subscription and billing metadata, service configuration, device and technical logs, support communications, and information needed to provide security and functionality.
Broker and Trading Information
If you connect a broker through a supported integration, TrendRelay may process broker connection identifiers or tokens, selected account information, symbols, strategy parameters, order instructions, execution status and related technical logs needed to provide the requested functionality. We do not need your broker password or full payment-card number for ordinary platform operation.
Custom Strategies and JSON
Configurations you submit to TrendRelay, including custom indicators and strategy JSON, may be stored and processed to provide the features you request. Do not include passwords, API secrets, private keys or other unnecessary sensitive credentials in strategy JSON.
Third-Party AI Tools
If you choose to use an external AI model or coding assistant to create a TrendRelay-compatible configuration, that interaction is governed by the third party's privacy policy and terms. TrendRelay does not control information you provide directly to those third-party services.
How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, support customers, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers
We may use providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, customer support, email, payments, market data and broker connectivity. Such providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
Payments
Payment information may be collected and processed by payment providers. TrendRelay generally receives transaction and subscription metadata rather than storing full card details.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
Your Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us regarding access, correction, deletion or closure of your account. We may need to retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Advertising
Accounts on the free plan may see advertisements inside the TrendRelay dashboard. Paid plans are ad-free. Some ads are TrendRelay's own promotions; others are served by third-party advertising vendors, including Google.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. For TrendRelay's own promotions we count impressions and clicks per advertisement in aggregate; these counts are not used to build advertising profiles.
